Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use the Quanta website, the Quanta Platform web portal and the Quanta Portal mobile app.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

About These Terms

These terms apply to our website (quantainnovation.ai), the Quanta Platform web portal (portal.quantainnovation.ai) and the Quanta Portal mobile app for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). They are an agreement between you and Quanta Innovation Ltd ("Quanta", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15763981), registered office 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS.

The Quanta Platform is provided to businesses under a written agreement. If your organisation has signed an agreement with Quanta, that agreement governs your organisation's use of the Services, and it takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ. By using the Services you confirm you are doing so for business purposes and, where you use them on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to do so.

The Services

The Quanta Platform brings together data from the systems a hospitality business runs, such as tills, bookings, guest WiFi, loyalty, marketing, labour, stock and payments, and turns it into dashboards, scheduled reports, alerts, segments and AI answers. Bespoke work by our Reporting Specialists is agreed separately and described in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Accounts and Security

Accounts on the Quanta Platform are created and managed by your organisation's administrators, who decide who has access and what each person can see. You must keep your sign-in details and any two-step verification codes to yourself, use only your own account, and tell your administrator or us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Your organisation is responsible for the activity of the accounts it creates.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services to:

  • → break the law or anyone else's rights, including data protection law;
  • → access, or try to access, data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use;
  • → copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Services, or build a competing product from them;
  • → upload malicious code, or interfere with or overload the Services or the systems they connect to;
  • → send messages or contact guests in a way that breaks marketing or consent rules.

Your Data

Your organisation keeps ownership of the data it brings to the Quanta Platform. It gives Quanta permission to process that data only to provide, secure and support the Services, as set out in its agreement, any data processing terms and our Privacy Policy. Your organisation is responsible for having the right to connect each system and to use the personal data those systems hold, including any consents its guests have given.

Connected Platforms

The Services connect to third-party systems, such as point-of-sale, booking, loyalty and payment providers, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, using access your organisation authorises. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms where Facebook or Instagram data is connected. Quanta reads data from these platforms; it does not post, message or make changes on your behalf unless your organisation's agreement says otherwise. Third-party platforms can change or withdraw features at any time, and we may need to change or pause a connection to keep it working or to stay within their rules. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party platforms.

AI Features

AI assistants, routines and reports in the Quanta Platform generate answers automatically from your organisation's data. Answers are checked against the underlying figures, but they can still be incomplete or wrong, so review them before relying on them for financial, legal, employment or other important decisions. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Intellectual Property

Quanta owns the Services, including the software, designs, report templates and website content. You may use them only as these terms and your organisation's agreement allow. Ownership of bespoke work is set out in the agreement for that work. The Quanta name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without our permission.

Fees

Fees for the Quanta Platform and any bespoke work are set out in your organisation's agreement or our written quote. Prices on our website are a guide and do not form an offer; the agreement or quote is what applies.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free, and they may be unavailable during maintenance. We improve the Services regularly and may change or retire features, giving notice of any change that materially reduces what your organisation has agreed to receive.

Suspension and Ending Access

We may suspend access to the Services if we reasonably believe an account is being used in breach of these terms, puts the Services or other customers at risk, or is required by law. Access ends when your organisation's agreement ends or when your administrator removes your account. What happens to your organisation's data at that point is set out in its agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Quanta's liability to an organisation for the Services is as set out in that organisation's agreement. Information on our website is provided for general purposes only and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Changes do not alter the terms of a signed agreement unless that agreement says so.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
