A seat is a login. Viewer seats see dashboards and reports; AI seats can also use every AI tool on your plan. Seats pool across your locations, so a head office can use the seats its venues don't. Receiving a scheduled report never needs a seat.
Prices exclude VAT. Multi-location discounts are available. Isolated capacity from £181 a month including VAT, on a 12-month term. Bespoke reports and custom dashboards are quoted separately. SSO and enterprise agreements on request. Three-month minimum term.

What is Quanta Platform?
Quanta Platform is the reporting and AI platform for hospitality. Your team asks questions in plain English and gets answers backed by validated SQL, alongside scheduled branded PDF reports, guest segments with CRM sync, routines and alerts that run on schedule, and embedded Power BI dashboards, all on one governed engine built on hospitality data.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Quanta is built on the OpenAI API, and customer data is not used for model training under OpenAI's published API policy. Every AI answer is also backed by an auditable SQL query you can inspect.
How is our data kept secure?
Each customer's data lives in its own database with strict multi-tenant isolation. Row-level security is enforced in every query, every saved query passes a validation gate before it can run, and every conversation, report run and refresh is logged and replayable.
Can reports be scheduled and branded?
Yes. Define a report once and Quanta runs it on a daily, weekly, monthly or custom cadence, formats it as a branded PDF and emails it to the right people, with per-recipient row-level security applied on every send.
Does Quanta support Power BI dashboards?
Yes. Interactive Power BI dashboards are embedded directly in the portal, secured per user, with scheduled exports delivered automatically to people who only need the numbers.
Who hosts and operates the platform?
Quanta does. We host, monitor and continuously improve everything we ship. The platform is fully managed, so there is no infrastructure for your team to run.
What counts as a location?
A location is one operating unit with its own numbers: a venue, site, brand, region or business unit. Pricing is per location, and every location includes three seats that are pooled across your business, so a head office can use the seats its venues do not. If your whole business runs as one unit, it is set up as a single location and you add the seats you need. Multi-location discounts are available as you grow.
How is the platform priced?
Per location, from £100 a month. Dashboards is £100, AI Starter £150 and AI Pro £250 per location per month, each with three seats included and pooled across your business. Extra seats are £19 a month for a viewer and £49 or £69 for an AI seat depending on the plan. Prices exclude VAT. For a firm monthly price, book a demo and we'll come back with one, usually the same business day.
