What is Quanta Platform?
Quanta Platform is a SaaS analytics product. Your team asks questions in plain English and gets answers backed by validated SQL, alongside scheduled branded PDF reports, audience segments with CRM sync, AI task automation and embedded Power BI dashboards - all on one governed engine.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Quanta is built on the OpenAI API, and customer data is not used for model training under OpenAI's published API policy. Every AI answer is also backed by an auditable SQL query you can inspect.
How is our data kept secure?
Each customer's data lives in its own database with strict multi-tenant isolation. Row-level security is enforced in every query, every saved query passes a validation gate before it can run, and every conversation, report run and refresh is logged and replayable.
Can reports be scheduled and branded?
Yes. Define a report once and Quanta runs it on a daily, weekly, monthly or custom cadence, formats it as a branded PDF and emails it to the right people - with per-recipient row-level security applied on every send.
Does Quanta support Power BI dashboards?
Yes. Interactive Power BI dashboards are embedded directly in the portal, secured per user, with scheduled exports delivered automatically to people who only need the numbers.
Who hosts and operates the platform?
Quanta does. We host, monitor and continuously improve everything we ship - the platform is fully managed, so there is no infrastructure for your team to run.
What counts as a location?
A location is one operating unit with its own numbers: a venue, branch, office, region, brand or business unit. If you run more than one, pricing is per location and every location carries unlimited users - dashboards and AI alike - so your bill never changes when your staff do. Multi-location discounts are available as you grow.
How is the platform priced?
Plans start at £99 a month. Businesses with more than one location are priced per location, with unlimited users at each; single-location businesses are priced around their team instead. Dashboard viewers are always free either way. Tell us your numbers and we'll send a firm monthly price, usually the same business day.
What are the plan levels?
Three. Dashboards gives you a branded portal on your own subdomain, every data connection managed for you and scheduled exports. AI Starter adds the full AI suite - chat, charts, tasks, segments, budgets, KPIs and quick reports, with email and WhatsApp delivery - capped at 5 tasks, 5 segments and 10 charts per location. AI Pro removes those caps entirely and adds Voice AI, Orchestrator AI, one schedule fanned out across every location, AI answers scoped to each user, and high-frequency refresh.
